Put a Chris Reeve Knives Sebenza on a poster? Youbetcha'! But make it premium. Tell a story. Do it right. Remember the first time you opened a Sebenza? Think of that feeling. This poster is the Sebenza of print.

The Knafs x CRK Poster is printed on a 50-year-old letterpress-- a vintage technology that rolls the paper over the print plate leaving ink and a deep impression on the paper. This ain't your college roommate's movie poster, amigos.

It comes in a standard size of 16x20" (41 x 51 cm), so it's easy to frame. The graphic design is from the brilliant mind of Stephen Griffin-- the Creative Director at Work Sharp Tools and a designer with deep roots in pocket knives. He crafted the visual history of the Sebenza and Chris Reeve Knives into an ornate border full of thumb studs and washers in subtle patterns. Each detail panel tells an important part of the CRK story. If you love Chris Reeve Knives, this poster is the ultimate collector's piece.

We printed these at Bjorn Press in Provo, Utah, USA on a 1970 vintage Vandercook press. One at a time. The printer is Bryce Knudsen -- a letterpress master with 25 years of experience rolling paper over a .918” tall print plate. Guttenberg would be proud. The ink is a polyacrylic from Gans Ink in Pantone 289c-- the CRK official navy blue. The paper is a 100 lb. Cotton Pearl White, 21 pt. thick. It’s a pillowy paper made specifically for letterpress printing.

Chris Reeve Knives earns a royalty for each poster sold, and they've generously decided to donate their portion of the proceeds to the Green Beret Foundation to help U.S. Army Special Forces. It's a fitting combination, as the Green Beret knife is a deep part of CRK's history, and it adorns the lower left corner of the poster.

They ship in a tube. Frame not included. Frame is for visual appeal. Enjoyment.
