Rust Never Sleeps
As knife owners and users, rust is the one thing we don't want to think of when it comes to our trusty blades. SO, Austin and Ben (The Dyknafic Duo, in alphabetical order) subjected a handful of Opinel knives to some forced rusting.
Why? To show us common items that can get rid of that rust.
... According to the internet.
Why Opinel knives? Well, our favorite French cutlery company uses high carbon steel, which is known to patina over time. It's also susceptible to rust. Additionally, Opinel is not only a classic brand, but they're wicked affordable, making them the right choice for this science experiment.

We learned a lot about science today. We won't get into all the details here - in case you're reading ahead - but Ben's pee will take rust off of a high-carbon knife blade. No he is not sending or selling samples. You have your own.
