The Great Gear Grab Giveaway — Official Rules


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

 

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is hosted by Knafs, LLC ("Knafs" or "Sponsor"), 570 E 1700 S #206, Clearfield, UT 84015.


Prize partners ("Prize Partners") contributing prizes to this Giveaway include Work Sharp, AUX MFG, and Big Idea Design. Prize Partners are not administrators of this Giveaway and are not responsible for its conduct.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of [the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia] who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.


The following persons are NOT eligible to enter: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Knafs, the Prize Partners, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies; and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and household members of any such persons.


Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on June 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.knafs.com/pages/the-great-gear-grab during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form with the required information, which may include your name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address and phone number for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain false information, will be disqualified.


By entering, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, and complete. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, or for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind.

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive a prize package consisting of:

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or Prize Partners. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about July 1, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner must respond to the notification email within three (3) days of the date the notification is sent and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release before any prize is awarded.


If a potential winner: (a) cannot be reached after a reasonable effort; (b) fails to respond within the time period stated above; (c) fails to return required documentation in a timely manner; (d) is found to be ineligible; or (e) declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion from the remaining eligible entries.


Prizes will be shipped to the winner's verified address within the United States within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner verification is complete. Shipping costs to the winner are covered by Sponsor and/or the applicable Prize Partner. Sponsor and Prize Partners are not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, it will be forfeited.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, local, and other taxes (including income taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before any prize valued at $600 or more is awarded. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, except where prohibited by law, each winner grants Sponsor and Prize Partners and their designees the right to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, hometown, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.knafs.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in that policy.

10. General Conditions; Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Partners, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Giveaway; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any travel or activity related to the Giveaway or any prize; or (d) any technical malfunction, error, or failure of any kind.


The Released Parties are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Giveaway; technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet service, or computer hardware or software; unauthorized human intervention; or any combination thereof.


Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, or violating these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prizes from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.


CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in [Davis County], Utah; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.


All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Use of Knife Products; Safety

Some prizes in this Giveaway may include knives, sharpeners, or related cutting tools. By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges that such products are intended for use by adults and must be used responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for ensuring that ownership and possession of any such prize is lawful in their jurisdiction. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize where shipping or possession would violate applicable law.

14. No Endorsement by Third-Party Platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn). Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability arising from the Giveaway.
