Oh baaaaabbyyyy!! We’ve been stoked to see so many people fall in love with the Baby Banter. But what about a little upgrade? A new lock? A little aluminum, perhaps? The Baby Banter 2 is a refresh and update to that original G10 Baby Banter design.

The Baby Banter 2 features a crossbar lock for easy left or right handed opening and closing, and real talk: the crossbar lock is the best locking mechanism for a knife. So gooooood. While we’re talking ambidextrous, the deep carry clip is reversible for left or right handed carry, and it includes a clip filler insert. You’re welcome.

This one has a purple aluminum handle, black stonewashed Nitro-V blade, and a crossbar lock.

Aluminum handles give a lightweight feel with a high tensile strength. The aluminum felt like a blank canvas, so we went wild with forward facing micromilling for style and grip.

It still has a titanium thumb stud, and still features that delicious drop point blade shape and smaller blade length, just above 2”. Which incidentally, makes it potentially passable with laws in Chicago and Boston (although, we’re not your lawyer, this isn’t legal advice, and we’d probably be lousy lawyers if we were)
